Drink: infused water. Dessert: pear. Afternoon Snack: Boiled rice with fish cream sauce. Drink: three-berry smoothie. Thuesday Breakfast: Wholegrain oatmeal porridge with fresh strawberry jam. Served with fresh cabbage and carrot. Drink: Pria milk, 3.5% fat. Lunch: Chicken and cauliflower soup. Served with Eesti Pagar Rehe rye loaf bread, spread with butter and topped with a slice of tomato. Dessert: cocoa curd mousse with berry sauce and watermelon. Afternoon Snack: Potato cakes with sour cream, 20% fat. Drink: blackcurrant and kama smoothie. Wednesday Breakfast: Buckwheat flake porridge with cottage cheese, 4% fat. Served with fresh bell pepper and cauliflower. Drink: chilled lemon tea. Lunch: Boiled wholegrain rice with meatballs and white herb sauce. Served with carrot and tomato, salad dressing, and a seed-and-nut mix. On the side: Eesti Pagar Kodukandi rye bread. Drink: Pria milk, 3.5% fat. Dessert: melon.
