The City of Tartu guarantees a kindergarten place for a child whose place of residence, according to the Population Register, is in the city of Tartu. Read the regulation [EST] →To obtain a kindergarten place, the parent submits an application in the Tartu education services management system ARNO. The application can be submitted after the child’s birth has been registered and can be updated later if necessary. The formation of new kindergarten groups begins in March. |
